Product prices and availability
All product prices and availability can be changed without notice.
If there is a data entry error in pricing, we are not held liable, and you have the option of buying at the new price or we issue a full refund.
Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit and Maestro. Also, we accept Paypal and Revolut payments (ask our staf for more information).
We operate and accept 3d Secure payment solutions which offer much more safety and security when completing your transaction. You will be asked to sign up and start using a secure password to process any online transactions.
Our apologies but we do not accept American Express cards.
Taxes
All items ordered from our website include a standard 23% VAT charge and include all import duty.

Warranty
The standard warranty for all products is 2 years collect and return.
However, batteries are 6 months and motors is 1 year.
You will have to send item by courier (we can arrange collection for a charge) for repair.
We will ship goods back to you once repaired. Please note, if the manufactures ceases trading, we may be unable to assist with spares and repairs, however we will endeavor to solve the issue.
On occasion, we may have to use a third party repair company, which may be chargeable.
For repairs we would be willing to pay one side of shipping, and the customer will pay return shipping.
In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. By displaying Your Content, you grant Rey Theme a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.
