Delivery

We use our established Fastway Ireland courier for all electric scooters and electric bikes. All accessories and other products are sent by a courier as well.

We generally ship to Ireland addresses only. However, if you are outside Republic of Ireland (eg. Nothern Ireland), please email: info@varbos.ie for more information about international shipping details and costs.

Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 working days; however, it can take longer in some circumstances. Electric bikes and scooters are shipped within maximum 3 working days, the wheelchris are shipped with 7-10 working days.

If you are outside of the Republic of Ireland (eg. Nothern Ireland), there could be extra surcharge and longer delivery times

Sorry, but we cannot arrange deliveries on Sundays or Bank holidays.

Returns

Customer has 14 days to return the item based on the distance selling regulations. Item must be unused and unopened to get the refund.

Customer must ship the item back to me or we can collect
but customer must pay the shipping costs.

If the item is used and box is open, we may introduce a stocking fee so that we can get the item in as good as new condition.

If its faulty and within warranty, we will ask customer to pay for one shipping cost and we will pay for the return, fully fixed

We do ask customers to ty to fix it themselves by sending part and video instructions, if this fails we will either ask you to take it to a shop or we will repair it ourselves.

Outside of warranty or if its damaged than we will charge for repair.
